Since my event wasn't listed on the event calendar after submitting it and had no way to contact an administrator I decided to contact all 230 team leaders listed on airsoft Ohio hoping to get around the fact my event wasn't listed. Since then I found the call sign for an administrator and my event was listed. Thank you for your response.
